Job Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
Oversee all daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflow, efficient space utilization, and effective coordination with related teams.
Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock management, cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO.
Lead and manage warehouse staff by planning manpower, assigning tasks, and developing team performance and discipline.
Enforce safety standards, maintain 5S practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators to track operational performance and efficiency.
Resolve operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations with team supervision
Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and cycle counting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WMS/ERP systems
Ability to read shipment documents (Packing List, Delivery Order)
Preferred: Forklift license, safety certification, knowledge of ISO/GMP/HACCP
