Job Responsibilities  (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

• Set departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, and delivery
• Plan manpower, warehouse space, and equipment to support workload and growth
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Optimize space utilization and ensure proper maintenance of handling equipment
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate team performance (OJT)
• Control costs and ensure operations stay within budget
• Prepare monthly reports (cost, customer satisfaction, warehouse capacity)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with standards (ISO, etc.)
• Ensure workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental compliance

Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
• Proficient in ERP/SAP/WMS and Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate level of English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
