Managing the HSE Corrective Action database to ensure compliance with site-based requirements.
Support to organize safety activities and safety behavior programs to enhance associates’ safety culture and awareness.
Manage safety plan align with the head quarter and updating
Educate and set up occupational health programs as needed
Ensuring the safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) training is conducted as applicable for each role.
Conduct risk assessments in factory with the committee to avoid the accident.
Control safety team to achieve KPI
Control safety cost such as stock of safety equipment and personal protective equipment, forecast and control expense under the set budget.
Participate in accident and incident investigations to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
To Improve working environment to more appropriate under safety policy.
Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)
Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a related field is usually required or equivalent.
Experience at least 5 years’ experience in quality, safety, health, and environmental management positions, manufacturing company manufacturing companies of various types of products including electronic parts, automotive and pharmaceutical products.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, HACCP, GMP, and Halal.
Good knowledge of project management.
Intermediate level or more in English both spoken and written.
Understanding development safety principles, safety methodologies, and relevant to the organization's projects.
