Job Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

• Lead industrialization and commercial test run activities for new and existing products.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct process trials, validation activities, and production scale-up to support commercial manufacturing.
• Establish and standardize manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
• Evaluate process performance and implement improvement initiatives to achieve production targets.
• Prepare project proposals, process standards, trial reports, and industrialization documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Engineering, and other related teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved.
• Support the implementation of new technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities and process performance.

Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in Process Development, Process Improvement, Industrialization, or Food Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of process development, process technology, and manufacturing improvement.
• Experience in industrialization, commercial test runs, and process standardization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and English skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and under project timelines.
