Job Responsibilities  (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

• Lead new product development (NPD) projects from concept to commercialization and post-launch evaluation.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and new product concepts.
• Develop product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for international markets.
• Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance, market trends, and consumer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare business cases, demand forecasts, budgets, and profitability analyses.
• Manage product portfolio development and support innovation initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, NPD, Product Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in market research, consumer insights, and product launches.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Products industries is an advantage.
• Additional language skills will be an advantage.
