Inventory Spare Parts Engineer

Plan and control all internal Customer Service (CS) operations.
Define goals and plan daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for subordinates.
Assign tasks and supervise the work of Operators and Officers to ensure goals are met.
Verify the accuracy of data in the system against actual on-site operations to ensure consistency and compliance with company policy.
Manage and monitor stock levels in various aspects, such as Min/Max stock and Slow/Dead stock, to align with and support maintenance activities.
Design and improve storage areas to accommodate changing spare parts volumes and ensure efficient use of space.
Analyze spare parts usage trends through the PMII system and communicate with maintenance technicians to adjust Min-Max levels to suit production/maintenance plans.
