Job Responsibilities  (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

• Support the Department Manager in developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies, annual plans, budgets, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and Global IT policies.
• Plan, develop, and manage IT infrastructure environments, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, cloud services, security systems, and related facilities to ensure high availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Establish and maintain IT infrastructure standards, architecture, technical specifications, and security controls for hardware, software, networks, and related technologies.
• Manage IT budgets, resource planning, procurement activities, asset management, and operational expenses to maximize technology investment efficiency.
• Coordinate with group companies, business users, vendors, and external service providers on IT policies, standards, technical solutions, and infrastructure projects.
• Lead infrastructure incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and recovery activities to minimize service disruptions and improve system stability.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation on infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and related technologies to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring, backup management, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity planning.
• Promote IT knowledge sharing, user awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate IT Infrastructure team members to strengthen technical capabilities, performance, and employee engagement.

Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology, IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Network Administration, or Management Information Systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Experience in IT operations, project management, and technology service delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
