Job Responsibilities  (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

  • Human Resources (HR)

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, hiring, and employee orientation (Recruitment Management).
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to ensure fairness and compliance (Payroll, Welfare & Employee Relations Management).
  • Manage employee performance evaluation and performance management systems.
  • Plan and develop employee training and development programs (Training & Development).
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with labor laws and relevant regulations (HR Law Management).
  • Provide HR consultation and advice to management and line managers on people‑related matters.
  • General Affairs (GA)

  • Lead and manage General Administration operations strategically, covering administration, buildings and facilities, vehicles, and office equipment to support business objectives.
  • Oversee facility and workplace management to ensure efficiency, safety, occupational health, and legal compliance.
  • Manage GA budgets, including budget planning, cost control, expense analysis, and resource optimization.
  • Supervise and evaluate internal and external service providers (Vendor & Contractor Management), such as cleaning services, security guards, and contractors.
  • Develop and improve GA policies, regulations, and work processes to enhance operational efficiency and good governance.
  • Maintain and improve the workplace environment and employee experience to support productivity, well‑being, and company culture.
  • Act as the key liaison with external parties, including government agencies, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Support management by providing data, analysis, and recommendations for decisions related to organizational resources and infrastructure.

Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or related fields.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs (HR & GA).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment or Japanese companies is an advantage.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
