Job Responsibilities  (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

• Improve production process with a new innovation, accordance with current manufacturing processes and company policies.
• Responsibility for providing technical support on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Process Control Systems and  Automation, to effectively support operational activities and continuously improve manufacturing performance.
• Support the work in product development and process improvement, ramp up and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, C/T, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process.
• Design, develop and implement process automation system for manufacturing.
• Supervise the installation of machinery and electrical systems and system testing. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow standardization, automation, and process optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to section manager and department manager.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and operations teams to ensure sustainable improvements.

Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 24 years old.
• Can communicate by reading , written in English language.
• Software skills: Proficient in using SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or AutoCAD.
• Automation skills: Has understanding of PLC control systems,Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems.
• Other skills: Ability to accurately read and write engineering drawings, and strong logical problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge on process development with experience working Industry for 2-3 years.
